A full Formula 1 crew changes all four wheels in under 2 s — the record is about 1.8 s — with three people on every corner: one gunner, one taking the old wheel off, one putting the new one on. Here you are all three, and the clock runs from the moment the car stops to the moment you lift the gun off a nut that is at torque.
The nut is a single centre-lock on a fast thread, and the gun is a pneumatic wheel gun that slows as the joint tightens — so tightening takes real time, and a gun that is not square on the nut skips and makes no progress at all. The car brakes into the box from the 80 km/h pit-lane limit at a deceleration drawn from the real pit-entry range, so the stop cannot be timed: you have to see it.
